This packages includes 6 cottages 1, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 (See our individual descriptions). This also includes exclusive use of the direct waterfront club house. The club house is only available to guests that rent the entire resort. It is approximately 500 sq. ft. The club house features a full kitchen, stove, microwave, 1/2 bath, indoor dining for 15-17, outdoor dining for 15-17, a propane griddle and natural gas BBQ Grill. The club house does not have sleeping availability.
The resort accomodates a total of 26 people with a total of 12 bedrooms: 1 Queen Bed, 9 Full-size beds, 6 Full-size sofa sleepers, 2 twin beds, 1 set of bunk beds and 4 rollaway beds.
The total cost is $1250 per night plus applicable cleaning fees and taxes. You will have exclusive use of the resort except for the owner’s quarters and site manager’s quarters.
